Additional Fees: Customers may incur additional charges, including shipping taxes, depending on their location. Payment processing fees are handled directly by Stripe.
Failed Payments: If a payment is declined, the order will not be placed, and no charges will be incurred.

2. Refund & Return Policy
10-Day Quality Guarantee: We offer a 10-day quality guarantee for all products. If an item is defective or damaged, we ask that you contact us within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process: To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within 10 days. If the item is not returned within this period, no refund will be issued.
Vendor Payment Timing: Vendor payments are only processed once the order is successfully delivered. If a customer requests a return or refund within the 10-day window, the vendor’s payout will be delayed until the issue is resolved.

Payout Schedule: Vendors will receive payouts after the order has been delivered to the customer. Payments are made according to the schedule agreed upon during the vendor sign-up process.
Withdrawal Fees: Vendors may incur small fees for withdrawing funds, which vary depending on the method chosen.
Taxes: Vendors are responsible for their own taxes as VotalityVault.com does not withhold taxes for vendors. This is a collaboration rather than an employment relationship.

4. Responsibilities of Votality Industries
Site Administration: As the platform owner, Votality Industries manages the website, customer support, and vendor accounts via Dokan. We are responsible for facilitating transactions, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the marketplace.
Fulfillment & Shipping: Fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printful, which means that we are not responsible for manufacturing or shipping delays. However, we will intervene on behalf of customers if there are issues with defective products or delayed shipments within the 10-day return window.
Violation of Terms: Violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account, including access to both the website and any products or services.

5. Liability Disclaimer
Third-Party Fulfillment: All products sold on VotalityVault.com are sourced and fulfilled by Printful. As such, Votality Industries is not liable for any defects or issues related to product quality, shipping delays, or damages during transit. However, we will work with Printful to resolve any issues within the 10-day return window.
